Procedure

Weigh phase A in the main vessel. Add phase A2 while homogenizing and heating the main phase to 82 °C. Premix phase B until uniform and then add to phase A. Add phase C to the main phase and mix. Add phase D to phase A and mix. Heat phase E to 80-82 °C , add to phase A and emulsify. Homogenize for 20 minutes and switch to slow mixing while cooling down. Add phase G when temperature reaches 45°C. Add phase H after 5 minutes and mix until uniform. Add phase I and mix until smooth and uniform.

Properties

Stability-Stable for 5 freeze-thaw cycles/stable for 3 months at 45°C, slight discoloration may happen; Appearance-Smooth and uniform cream; Color-Warm to dark yellow; Odor-fragrance-free; pH-6.0-7.0 at 20°C; Viscosity-20,000-25,000 cP at 20°C Brookfield Viscometer, TB, 12 rom, 1 min.; Centrifuge-No separation at RT and 40°C for 30 mins, 4,000 rpm.
